Because of the wide range of sizes and weights of our products, the most accurate means of determining shipping costs
is at the time your order is packed and weighed. The shipping charges will be determined at the time your order is shipped.

3. When you click Check Out, you will be prompted to create a user account.
4. Once your username and password are created, verify address details.
5. Click Check Out; indicate NET30 or credit card terms.
6. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
7. After we receive your order, you will be contacted to confirm your order and establish the payment terms of your account.
If paying by credit card, we will obtain your credit card information at that time.

9. After your account has been established, you will be assigned a Customer Account No.

Minimum of 100 cases for imprinting orders.
Please allow up to 3 weeks’ lead time.
1. RETAINER CASES: Select a minimum of 4 packs of 25 cases each, single color(s) only.
Retainer assortments cannot be imprinted.
2. WAX CASES: Select a minimum of 1 box of 100 cases.
All wax assortments can be imprinted except Renaissance Rhapsody.
3. Silver foil is located at the bottom of each shopping page; add Qty 1.
